SARTrackApp Privacy Policy
The SARTrackApp is a support application, and is part of the SARTrack software suite for Search and Rescue.
It cannot be used without initial setup on a SARTrack Database Server.
- The App does NOT store or transmit personal information of any kind.
- The SARTrack App can transmit your LOCATION to the SARTrack Database
Server(s) when:
-- It is enabled by you in the Setup;
-- When the App 'Foreground Service' is running (which you can see by the icon in the Android top bar)
-- When the App is linked to an ACTIVE Search and Rescue Operation.
In all other cases LOCATION data (or any other data) is not transmitted.
When
the App is running, it will attempt to connect to an Internet based, or
WIFI Local Database Server, for which a Login and Password is required.
This must be set up in advance by the primary Administrator of your
organisation.
When
the App is closed using the "Shutdown" button, it will close
the
connection to the Database (if any) and the Icon at the top will
dissapear.
SARTrack Limited will NOT share any personal information with third
parties, in any way whatsoever.
If you installed this application from Google Play, then Google Play
